Returns & Refunds Policy

Made-to-Order Products
All of our lighting products are made to order, custom-manufactured according to your selected size, finish, and design specifications. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which exempt bespoke/personalized goods from the standard right of withdrawal.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ozendeco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement free of charge — no return shipping required in most cases. Your satisfaction and the quality of your order matter to us.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before production starts, but cannot guarantee changes once manufacturing has begun.
