Welcome to Ozendeco Lighting! "We", "us", and "our" refer to Ozendeco Lighting UK Ltd. Ozendeco Lighting operates this store and website ("Services") to provide you with a carefully curated shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify.

Ozendeco Lighting UK Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Our products are handcrafted at our production facility in Istanbul, Turkey.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER MANUFACTURING
All of our lighting products are custom manufactured to order, according to your selected size, finish, and design specifications. Colours may appear differently depending on your device display. We reserve the right to change product descriptions without notice and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; your order is not final until confirmed by us. Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible with any change or cancellation requests — we cannot guarantee changes once manufacturing has begun.

Products purchased are only eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy: due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind; defective or damaged items will be replaced free of charge.

SECTION 4 — PRICING, SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region (GBP, EUR, USD, or AED). Unless otherwise stated, our prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT — these charges, if applicable, are collected from the recipient by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery.

Orders are shipped from Turkey. We offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and United Arab Emirates, with an estimated delivery time of 5–15 business days. We are not responsible for shipping or customs delays caused by factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 5 — PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and our brand name and logo — is the property of Ozendeco Lighting UK Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store runs on the Shopify platform; however, all purchases you make are directly with Ozendeco Lighting UK Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and us.

Personal information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, some of your data may also be processed under Shopify's Privacy Policy.
